This wine is obtained by the total fermentation of the palomino grape mosto. Once the wine is made and because of its wine features we add alcohol until it reaches 17 % vol of alcoholic content, introducing the oxidised aging process.
We elaborate this wine mixing it with herbs and spices in our cellar.

- Smell: notes of wood, toast, and aromatic herbs
- Taste: It is sweet and aromatic with spicy and bitter end notes very well integrated
