This wine is obtained from the total fermentation of the palomino grape mosto. Once the wine is made we add the alcohol until it reaches 15% vol, in order to mature under a cap of “flor” yeast, at this moment we start a biological ageing using the traditional system of criaderas and soleras in american oak barrels.

- Color: Straw yellow
- Smell: Presents sharp aromas, notes of almonds and fresh yeast of bread
- Taste: On the palate it is very dry, delicate, and light. In the post-taste the almond note appears again.
