This wine is obtained from the nodding of dry wines of oxidative aging such as oloroso, sweetened with sweet wines. It can be consumed at room temperature or cold between 10 and 12ºC.

  • Volatile acidity such as acetic acid: <0.8 g/l
  • Total sulfur dioxide: 60-80 mg/l
  • Reducing sugars: <90 ±20 g/l


  • Appearance: Brilliant and unctuous
  • Color: Dark chestnut
  • Smell: Intense, very aromatic, presents notes of raisins and wood
  • Taste: Very good on the palate, warm and sweet. It presents typical notes of oloroso and raisins. Great persistence in the mouth
